Questions
Do I need a card to start?
No. The Free plan is free forever for one property, and you don’t enter any payment details to use it.
What happens if I move to a smaller plan?
Nothing is deleted. You keep every record, and can still read and update them. Adding new items that the smaller plan doesn’t include is paused until you upgrade again.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from Plan & billing. There is no long-term contract. You keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then move to Free.
Who handles payments?
Payments are handled by Stripe. PropertyGuard never sees or stores your card details, never holds money for you and is not a bank or payment service.
Is the compliance tracking legal advice?
No. PropertyGuard AI helps you keep records and reminders for the items you choose. It doesn’t decide what is legally required for your property — check current guidance or ask a qualified professional.
